"A" is owned by Andrey Melnichenko, a Russian energy billionaire and financier. She's over 118 meters long and sports three swimming pools!

So why a picture of these two disparate recorders? One weighs 12 pounds with batteries and the other only a few ounces. One has 2008 technology and the other 1980's technology. Both record well but one better than the other. Both are 'nice' but one is nicer than the other. In my world, my locations do not have a 103dB signal noise to ratio so it is only a number like '24 bit'.
